Nursing Positions:

LPNs - $29.13 - $31.55 per hour plus $3.20 per hour "hero pay" through September 30, 2023 - Must hold a current LPN license in the State of Michigan.  Experience with the geriatric population as well as rehabilitative nursing experience is desirable but not required.  Must have the ability to follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policy and procedures.  Must have the ability to provide clinical supervision of nursing assistants providing direct resident care.  Must have the ability to comply with federal, state and local regulations while performing the job.  Must work 12 hour shifts and some holidays and some weekends.  MCMCF is an equal opportunity employer, offers competitive wages, and benefits. RNs - $37.02 - $38.83 per hour plus $3.20 per hour "hero pay" through September 30, 2024 - Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.  Experience with the geriatric population as well as rehabilitative nursing experience is desirable but not required.  Must have the ability to follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policy and procedures.  Must have the ability to provide clinical supervision of nursing assistants providing direct resident care.  Must have the ability to comply with federal, state and local regulations while performing the job. CNAs - $18.00 - $20.62 per hour plus $3.20 per hour "hero pay" through September 30, 2024- Certified Nursing Assistant positions are usually available for all shifts.  We only hire certified nursing assistants, but if you are interested in becoming one, submit your application anyway and ask us to help you get in a class.  Classes are offered at West Shore Community College and at Agape locations in Traverse City and Cadillac. 

We are accepting applications for a C.N.A. class with the Manistee County Medical Care. EOE

Full Time Dietary  $15.85 - $19.22 per hour plus $0.85 per hour hero pay through September 30, 2024- We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, and sign on bonus.
